ASA Law Group will be presenting "Getting a Grip on your PTSD Claims" at the eleventh annual Illinois Chamber of Commerce's Workers' Compensation and Safety Conference on October 24th.

PTSD can be a tricky facet of an employee’s workers’ compensation claims. This presentation will analyze the legal aspects of handling employees with PTSD workers’ compensation claims. Topics will include the science behind PTSD, tests to measure malingering and litigation strategies to get a grip on the claims, and how to handle PTSD claims in the workplace legally.

The event will be held at the Shirley Ryan Ability Lab , 335 E. Erie Street, Chicago from 7:30am to 4pm.
